Nate represents a variety of clients in real estate matters, corporate law transactions, litigation proceedings, and alternative dispute resolutions. Nate has a wide range of experience that allows him to effectively and efficiently assist his clients in a number of areas. Nate worked with a growing real estate investment and management firm to reorganize its holdings and corporate structure, assist with its commercial and residential leasing needs, and aid with its development projects. He has also helped community non-profit groups re-develop historic community landmarks into marketable commercial space through use of tax credit financing.

In addition to real estate services, Nate provides counsel to companies on commercial transactions and contracts. He also represents clients in foreclosure, tax foreclosure, and creditor litigation and mediation. Nate has experience representing numerous land owners and energy companies in oil and gas related negotiations and litigation.

Outside of his private practice, Nate has worked extensively with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. As a volunteer in its immigration practice group, Nate had the opportunity to represent an unaccompanied teenage woman from El Salvador in her claim for asylum after she fled from violence in her home country.

Nate received his J.D., with a certificate in international law and practice, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and graduated cum laude from Miami University, Oxford Ohio, with an undergraduate degree in diplomacy and foreign affairs.
