Kirk joined our Firm as a Partner in 2007. He represents commercial lending institutions in loan originations and commercial workouts, including foreclosures and bankruptcy matters. He has experience in various types of real estate dispositions and acquisitions, as well as commercial and multi-tenant residential lease transactions. Kirk also counsels businesses with respect to their ordinary and extraordinary business transactions, including entity creation, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisition, contract review and drafting, and commercial litigation. He and his wife, Beth, reside in Avon, with their two children, Nicholas and Emily.
