of sellers and buyers in acquisitions and sales, landlords and tenants
in leases, lenders and borrowers in connection with construction
loans and permanent financing.

negotiations and preparation of documents for mergers, acquisitions,
divestments, succession planning, and other owner/management related

John is a native Clevelander with strong ties and relations with the business,
real estate and banking communities in the city and in Northeastern Ohio. John
is a volunteer and past Trustee of The Arthritis Foundation, has served several
terms on the Alumni Council of University School, and is past Secretary and
current Trustee of The Country Club. John enjoys golf and fly fishing in his
leisure hours. He and his wife, Lauren, and their two children reside in Pepper
Pike, Ohio.
