Our Philosophy in Litigation
Attorneys must always be prepared to take a case to trial should the need arise. But not every legal conflict needs to be resolved through a lawsuit. Through our many years of experience, we have observed that most legal disputes are the result of simple miscommunications. If both parties can discover where and how the miscommunication occurred, they are usually willing to cooperate and reach a negotiated settlement. This approach saves much time and expense.
When lawsuits cannot be avoided, we are prepared to aggressively represent our clients' interests. While litigation is not the most efficient way to solve the client's problem, sometimes it is the only way. Our attorneys bring an extraordinary amount of collective experience representing clients in a wide range of matters, including:
- Contract enforcement
- Defending and pursuing tort claims
- Employment law disputes, including non-compete, non-solicitation and other restrictive covenants
- Insurance subrogation involving product liability and other disputes
- Real estate disputes
- Commercial collections
Of course this list is necessarily incomplete. Business litigation can take many forms, and we are prepared to adapt to handle the unique circumstances of any legal dispute.
