Shelly R. LaSalvia
Shelly joined Ziegler Metzger as an associate in 2009. She focuses her practice on Creditor/Debtor law, representing commercial lending institutions in financial workouts, litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Shelly also has experience in complex commercial real estate matters and corporate transactions, including entity formations and acquisitions. As Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Health while attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law she authored Resolving Disputes Over Excess Frozen Embryos Through the Confines of Property and Contract Law which was published at 17J.L. & Health 103 (2002-03). Shelly is currently a Trustee for the St. Gregory the Great Endowment Board and resides with her husband, Chris and their three children, Gianna, Colette and John.
