Scott A. Norcross
Scott represents commercial lending institutions in commercial workouts, including foreclosures and litigation matters. He has experience with commercial litigation and general civil litigation, as well as with municipal criminal defense. He has represented individuals, families, professionals and businesses in all phases of disputes including litigation, mediation, arbitration and appeals before State and Federal Courts.
Scott graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 1997 and from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2000. At Miami University, Scott was president of the Equestrian Team and continues to be an equine enthusiast with interests in thoroughbred horse racing and horse training.
Scott is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
Scott lives with his wife, Anna, and two daughters, Morgan and Zoe, in Bay Village, Ohio. He is an avid runner, cyclist and swimmer and enjoys working around the house and spending time with family and friends.
