Nicholas C. De Santis

Nick practices in the areas of creditor's rights, real estate, and commercial litigation. He routinely represents financial institutions and businesses in all aspects of creditor's rights, including the rights and remedies available under the Uniform Commercial Code, the Bankruptcy Code, and applicable state law.

With regard to securities law, Mr. De Santis represents brokers and brokerage firms in employment and customer disputes. Nick's securities practice particularly relates to the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants by means of injunctive relief and arbitration.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Nick attended The Ohio State University where he studied journalism, political science and marketing. While at Ohio State, Nick worked with the Ohio State Football Team as an equipment manager. He later interned with the Dallas Cowboy Football Club.

Nick is active in the community, principally with youth ministry and service outreach.
