Nathaniel R. Sinn

Nate joined Ziegler Metzger in November 2010 when he relocated to Cleveland from Chicago, Illinois to be close to family. Nate practiced for six years in Chicago before coming to our Firm. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in all aspects of distressed loans and property, including complex workouts, loan originations, secured transactions, creditors' rights-related litigation, and bankruptcy. In addition to the representation of financial institutions, Nate's practice also involves real estate transactions and real estate related litigation.

Before moving to Cleveland, Nate received an LLM in real estate law from the Real Estate Law Center at The John Marshall Law School in May, 2010. He maintained a full-time practice while obtaining the degree and helped several members of the faculty publish various works. In 2004, he earned his JD from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Nate received his BS in pre-professional studies, medicine, from the University of Notre Dame in 2001. While attending Notre Dame, Nate was honored with numerous awards for his service in the community, including the Keenan Hall Service Award and the Silver Spoon Award from Dismas House of Michiana. Nate lives on the east side of Cleveland and is looking forward to involvement in the Cleveland-area community.
