Janeane focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation. She has experience representing businesses and financial institutions in matters concerning fiduciary duties, contracts, business torts, corporate governance, lender liability, commercial debt, and other business transactions and relationships. She also has experience prosecuting and defending a variety of employment related disputes including enforcing and defending claims related to restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and trade secrets. Janeane was named among the "2009 Ohio Rising Stars" in the practice areas of business litigation, business/corporate, and construction litigation. Janeane remains very active with Lake Erie College National Alumni Board and also serves on the Board of Directors.
