Gina M. Bevack

Gina's practice concentrates on estate and trust planning and administration. She assists her clients in developing and implementing comprehensive estate plans that carefully balance personal goals with tax and administrative concerns. From the initial consultation, Gina analyzes the unique needs of her clients and uses sophisticated estate planning techniques to ensure that their overall objectives are achieved.

Gina also represents fiduciaries in connection with estate, trust and guardianship administration by providing the day-to-day support, annual tax return preparation and legal advice needed for the administration of the estate, trust or guardianship.

Gina is a member of the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan and Lake County Bar Associations. As a member of the Lake County Bar Association, she serves on the Probate Committee. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and a member of the Lake Hospital Foundation Professional Advisory Council. Gina was named in the 2009 Strathmore's Who's Who publication as an attorney who has demonstrated leadership and achievement in the profession. She is a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Ohio and a 2007 graduate of Leadership Lake County. In 2008 she joined the Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation (NOIA), a non-profit, philanthropic organization dedicated to perpetuating and honoring the Italian heritage and culture Gina graduated from John Carroll University in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and received her law degree from Cleveland - Marshall College of Law in 2003. Gina was an associate in the law offices of Cannon, Aveni & Malchesky before joining Ziegler, Metzger & Miller in 2008.
